CADOVER BRIDGE
Originally the bridge at Cadover was a granite clapper bridge (A couple of flat granite slabs) over the River Plym. A bridge with two arches was built to replace it. Eventually in the 19th century the present bridge was built. These days it is a very busy route between Yelverton and Ivybridge and used by a lot of trucks going to and from the nearby clayworks.
