One thing I've learnt in photography is that you become a better photographer when you have a better subject in front of you. I will take a better photo if the subject is some stunning scenery, like in Scotland (see LANDSCAPES page), than standing in front of a city office block. You feel more inspired to take a better photograph if the subject just screams out to be captured. So look around you and find something nice to photograph. It could be a flower, or a leaf just as easily as a great landscape. Just look....take lots of photos from different angles and in different light, or try a different lens. Just use your imagination and your eye......
